The hospital's application for a 372-bed facility is on track to be heard at the Feb. 7 Paramus Planning Board meeting, NorthJersey.com reports.
The state-of-the-art hospital will be constructed across a 20-acre parcel between Route 17 and the Garden State Parkway -- less than three miles from its current location.
If there are no variances, hearings are expected to take approximately five months, Planning Board Chairman Peter Caminiti told NorthJersey.com. If there are variances, the process may take more than a year.
The hospital expects to open in 2023 after more than three years constructing the $735 million campus, the article says.
The Ridgewood campus will remain open as a lab, urgent care center, endoscopy center and for other outpatient services.
